Braid Informs: The Gr N of more than 2 liters engine according to ?06 regulations are authorized to employ big callipers, not always compatible with the existing wheels in the market, specially in diameter 15? for gravel.

In addition to that, the new Gr N regulations to be applied from 1-1-2007 oblige, besides other conditions, to mount exclusively the measures 8"x18" in tarmac. 6 1/2"x15" in gravel and 5"x16" in snow-ice. It will not be authorized 8"x17", 7"x15" and 5 1/2"x16" used until now, neither magnesium wheels, nor forged aluminium, nor aluminium with special technology.

Braid has already developed the suitable wheels to the '06 callipers and '07 regulations.

The current Winrace A 8"x18" is already according to both previous requisites. The new Winrace T Acropolis 6 1/2"x15" is compatible with the new ?06 callipers and ?07 regulations, so it already can be used in ?06 competitions. We attach a picture. It is available for sale at the same price of the Winrace TA Safari 7"x15". It is a very reinforced wheel for gravel, with easy tyre mounting.

Next October will be available for sale the new Winrace N 5"x16", special for snow and ice competitions, designed to fit the big Gr N callipers and according to the 07' regulations.
