Lighter, stronger and so much more.
Flowforming is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies to enter the racing wheel industry because it has a great number of benefits and advantages.
Flowforming technology involves the application of pressure on the inner rim of the wheel while spinning after it has been cast.
This process stretches and compresses the aluminium, which increases tensile strength, resulting in a cast wheel with properties close to those found on the forged wheel. The final result is a lighter, stronger, with increased elongation to absorb greater impacts without breaking, as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels.
These wheels are available in 18" diameter and in multiple widths, offsets and PCDs to fit a wide range of vehicles, for rally tarmac, circuit and street applications.
